At The Fragrance Maison, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist you.

Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. Products that have been opened, used, sprayed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue is verified, The Fragrance Maison will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

GCC Orders

We currently ship within GCC countries only. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees associated with their order or return, where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, fragrances that have been opened, used, or sprayed cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.

Items purchased during special promotions or as part of a set may be subject to additional return conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
